Content Policy — Plotelle

This Content Policy applies to all content submitted to or generated by Plotelle. By using the Platform you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Zero-tolerance violations

These are absolute prohibitions with no appeal. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): any content — submitted or generated — that depicts minors in a sexual manner, regardless of whether it is real or AI-generated. We report all detected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Content designed to facilitate real-world violence against a specific identifiable person.
Content that constitutes criminal threats under applicable law.

2. Prohibited content

The following content is prohibited and will be removed. Repeat violations result in suspension or a permanent ban.

2.1 Sexually explicit content

Pornographic or sexually explicit depictions of any person;
Non-consensual sexual scenarios involving real or fictional identifiable individuals;
Content designed to sexualize real people without their consent.

2.2 Hate and discrimination

Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
Slurs or dehumanizing characterizations of protected groups.

2.3 Harassment and defamation

Content clearly designed to harass, intimidate, or bully a real, identifiable person;
Defamatory content presenting false statements of fact about real individuals in a damaging way.

2.4 Intellectual property violations

Submissions that directly reproduce copyrighted characters, storylines, or artwork without authorization;
Content designed to infringe trademarks or other IP rights of third parties.

2.5 Misinformation and harmful content

Content designed to impersonate real public figures in ways that could cause public harm or confusion;
Graphic depictions of real, recent atrocities or tragedies without clear artistic or educational purpose.

3. Age-appropriate content

Because Plotelle may be accessed by users of all ages, including minors:

Graphic violence beyond what appears in mainstream age-appropriate media is not permitted;
Horror content that would be inappropriate for general audiences should be labeled accordingly;
Content featuring minors must portray them in age-appropriate, non-exploitative contexts only.

4. Enforcement

4.1 Enforcement actions

Content removal (without account action) — first-time or minor violations;
Warning issued to the account;
Temporary suspension (3–30 days);
Permanent account ban;
Reporting to law enforcement (for zero-tolerance violations).

4.2 Detection methods

We use a combination of automated AI content moderation and human review to detect policy violations. We also rely on user reports.

4.3 Reporting violations

Report a violation by emailing badgeritllc@gmail.com. We will review reports within 72 hours.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, appeal by emailing badgeritllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the action. Include your account email, the content at issue, and your reason. We will respond within 15 business days. Zero-tolerance violations are not eligible for appeal.

6. Platform liability

We are not responsible for user-generated Submissions or the ideas contained within them. We take reasonable steps to enforce this policy but do not pre-screen all Submissions. Our AI generation system has built-in safeguards, but no automated system is perfect.
